Discover a whole new perspective of Christchurch as you unwind and have a blast. It only takes 20 minutes to master the art of standing up and paddling. If you're uncertain, don't worry! You can always reserve a spot for a group taster or 1 on 1 beginner lesson, where we'll provide valuable tips and ensure you have a fantastic paddleboarding experience.

At The SUP School, we offer premium equipment including top-notch boards, paddles, and wetsuits. Located in a picturesque spot by the water's edge, close to the meeting point of the River Stour and the River Avon, our location provides easy access to Mudeford Lagoon, Quay, and the stunning channel coast beaches. It's an ideal setting to learn, enjoy, and explore the wonders of Christchurch, including its Quay, Priory, vibrant bars and restaurants, and the breathtaking Mudeford Beach.

When arriving, please use the pay and display car park near The Two Rivers Meet Leisure Center, situated by our front gates.

Looking to rent a board from The SUP School? We highly recommend booking your board hire through our convenient online booking system on the right. However, if that option isn't available to you, feel free to drop by in person.

Here's what you'll receive when you hire a board:

  • Paddleboard

  • Paddle

  • Leash

  • pfd

  • Safety briefing on current conditions and recommended paddling areas

Here's what you need to bring:

  • a watch or phone enclosed in a waterproof case to keep track of time while on the water.

  • Change of clothes

  • Towel

  • drinking water

Please note that board hire is subject to our discretion.
