There is much evidence that paddleboarding is beneficial to our mental health and general, wellbeing. In fact, the Red Paddle Company are currently undertaking extensive research along with Blue Health ‘ Red Meets Blue’ to study the exact benefits of the sport.

Whether you are recovering from an illness, coping with grief, finding life tough or simply want to boost those endorphins we can offer stress free paddling under the guidance of one of our expert instructors.

Maybe you would like to be guided on a one to one paddle, or maybe a small group paddle would suit you better - join up with family or friends and be guided by us. No stress of planning.

Hints and tips of paddle technique along the way are optional but the emphasis of these paddles is staying chilled and enjoying the calm benefits of the gorgeous scenery and wildlife. You dictate the pace and we will pause or take breaks as much as you wish. This is the difference from big group social paddles which are wonderful but where there can often be the angst of not wanting to hold people up or be left behind!
