1-on-1 Lessons: £55
This lesson is for someome who has the basic SUP skills and can easily get from a to b but are wishing to improve, whether that is to go faster, straighter turn better or anything else you need - this is catered around you.

Discussion: We'll start by discussing your experience and what you would like to learn during the progress session.
Board Basics: Learn all about the fundamentals, what board would be best for you and talk about the kit you have.
Safety Briefing: We'll provide a comprehensive safety briefing to ensure you're aware of essential guidelines and precautions.
Water Safety: Gain knowledge on reading water conditions and understanding how to navigate safely.
this lesson is catered to you, and the first 5 minutes we will talk about how you would like to improve.
Emergency Procedures: Receive guidance on what to do in case of emergencies that may occur during your paddleboarding experience.
Improving Efficiency: Discover techniques to maximize your efficiency and make the most out of your time on the water.

We will provide all the necessary board equipment and safety gear unless you prefer to bring your own.
